🚨 Official Policy Update – Effective Immediately 🚨 As of July 9, 2025, The Handmade Shop LLC will strictly enforce the following policies with NO EXCEPTIONS.

💰 Payment & Refund Policy

• Full payment (100%) is required upfront. No deposits will be accepted.

• NO REFUNDS will be issued for any reason after July 9, 2025.

• Once a design is approved and the contract is signed, you are fully responsible for checking:

  • Spelling

  • Grammar

  • Names, colors, dates, and any custom details

• If there is an error on an approved design, it is not eligible for a refund or reprint.

✍️ Contracts & Acknowledgments

• All customers must sign a contract before any work begins.

• Once the design is approved and the contract is signed: NO CHANGES. NO REFUNDS. NO EXCEPTIONS.

• Pickup orders: Customers are required to sign a release form confirming they have received all items in full and in good condition.

🎨 Design Fee

• A non-refundable design fee of $20 is due before any custom design begins.

• This does not apply to your order total.

• More complex or last-minute designs may incur additional fees.

⏳ Turnaround Time

• Standard turnaround: 5–7 business days (excluding weekends)

• Rush orders (3 days or less): 30% rush fee

• Same-day orders (if approved): $50 fee + sales tax

🧾 Add-Ons & Changes

• Additional items requested after your order is placed will incur a $3.50 fee per item

• All orders are subject to standard sales tax

🚫 No More Exceptions. Legal Action Will Be Taken if Necessary. This is a real business, not a side hustle. Time, effort, and resources go into every order. Failure to pay, honor agreements, or attempt to dispute approved work will result in legal action.
